Land Lubber - 8 x 8 Oil on Panel.
The boat pictured above hasn't been in the water for two
seasons. Some things I like about this painting are
the brush work, color, composition. I especially like the
area where the mast starts. You get the feel of the sail cloth
that's wrapped around the mast which is part of the canvas
showing through which is a happy accident. Rated B.
