Young's Farm I and II

Youngs Farm I - 6 x 8 Oil on Panel.
This is Young's Farm on Long Island. I pass by this farm
every Thursday on my way to Bailey's Arboretum. I thought
it might be interesting to do some smalll studies of the farm
and then do a large version from the field studies. I'm also interested
in creating some abstract versions of this subject matter. You
can see my first attempt below.

abstract painting. I'm going to try a few more versions of
this painting and post.
