White Sailboat

White Boat - 6x8 Oil on Panel. I painted this sailboat today
at the Sousa Park in Port Washington. It was overcast and
cold. I was using my new Thumbnail Pochade box that is
about the size of a cigar box. It was fun, but I prefer standing
when I paint. I used a #4 flat bristle brush for everything
except the background. I'm practicing with the smaller box
so I can use it when I go to Italy at the end of June.
